We are passionate about restaurants. We want to see them thrive. We want to be the one stop place to find everything restaurants need to succeed. You need an amazing website and menu, that is easily found online, draws in new customers, and an online ordering experience that is simple and enjoyable. Then you need those new customers to become regulars and keep coming back. To do this, you need email marketing, text marketing, loyalty points and other fun promotions. While the customers are in your store you want engaging ways for everyone to view your menu, quality points systems, your own restaurant app for loyalty points and delivery options without breaking your bank. And you don’t want to miss any orders so you probably need a robot phone to help you out too. That's a lot! All while you are making the best food for your customers. Zing is committed to providing all that you need at a cost that supports your business. We are here to see you succeed.“All in One Technology and Marketing Service for Restaurants"

Chicken satay was inedible,it was so dry and the peanut sauce was terrible. Drunken noodles were ok,not much flavor and fried rice was good just very little basil. Not that I expected handfuls but if its called basil fried rice there should be more than 3 pieces

Ordering went fine, what oyu would expect from an online food order website. Unfortunately, when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food, I discovered that the prices on Zing were roughly 50% higher than the menu at the restaurant. I'll definitely skip it and wait to order in person next time.

Zingmyorder is a decent app but there are pages and menus you get into but have no way to get out of so you have to shut down the app and hope your cart details were saved for the restaurant you are trying to order from. They need better QA/UAT testers for their app dev

How is an item that costs $17.99 end up costing me over $30? No I will not do this again. You guys are too greedy.

Pick up orders have a very small convenience fee of up to $1.75 as seen on our transparent pricing page. Delivery order pricess vary from the 3rd party delivery company fulfilling it and the tips you chose, the state you order from etc. Between delivery fee, platform fee and tip and $18 item can cost $25 to $35 in most 3rd party fulfilled apps and is also dependent on how far you are, time of day etc
