Zillow is useless. They take your information and no one ever calls. Realtors don’t do their jobs anymore. They don’t show houses. They NEVER help anyone!

Horrible, Real estate Agents don't want to work with you. They discriminate and even if the property is not available, they don't try to help you find another. They just drop you. Unless you are white and have money.

Horrible experience that may well have cost me potential buyers forcing me to take less for sale of my home. Zillow placed my home's location in the next county south so buyers in my county never saw my home in their searches. Buyers who did see the home by other means saw lower rated schools listed from the other county, not the GreatSchools in my county. My rural property is split across two townships in two parcels so it is possible their Zestimate did not include the second parcel making my asking price look too high. Redfin's estimate was much closer. All attempts to correct the misinformation within Zillow proved futile.

Waste of time..the worst!

Was looking for a house my boyfriend found one in st cloud we both liked the pictures. So he used Zillow to schedule a appointment on Friday for Saturday at 11pm. I am disabled and can not sit very long but I decided it was worth the drive. After 2 hours of driving the Agent decided they were not showing up that they had other's they could show the property too. This agent was from Kris lindells reality so I would advise to find people who actually care About customers and are professional. Just because you may have other's you just lost a customer and a chance to sell your house today!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. What a waste of time. Zillow connected me to an agent and having to go through multiple people to show 1 home I was interested in, I was left with a message saying they are unable to show up. Zero reasons. Will never work with Zillow

Used to advertise with them. But now, I have tried a couple of times to place another ad, and no success. It is being reviewed, again. Wasting time waiting for them to list my rental.

What an awful company. I tried to use them to sell my house. After almost a week, approx 15 voicemails, 3 emails. They don't respond. I will be going with a real Realtor.
