I compared ZP to dozens of other software in the industry and eventually decided to switch to ZP from Member Solutions, as I felt that Member Solutions had entirely abandoned any effort to modernize their technology. After using ZP for almost six years, I'm seeing a familiar pattern. While ZP's efforts seem to have pivoted to transforming the company to an online marketing agency, the core software experiences numerous outages on a monthly basis. I'm currently seeking other solutions as a next step.

We’re trying to cancel our service as we are closing down our business and they literally won’t reply to any of our emails asking for the cancellation form to be sent through. The software was a waste of money anyway. Would not recommend to anyone.

After 5 years and 10's of thousands of dollars given to Zen Planner we came into a rough patch of business. Instead of helping Zen Planner decided that if we were late on bills rather than help us out with an extra 24 hours they would hold our cash flow hostage and not process our payments. If you are a small business I would not recommend them, they are a disgraceful company who rather than work with you for a quick resolution will make things exponentially harder on you. Stay away

The worse consumer relationship software I have ever experienced. I am sad to say I do not recommend this to anyone. You are welcome to reach out to me personally so I can share what happened. Please take this as fair warning, horrible customer service.

Zen Planner has made an easy to manage program that allows me to do everything I need to for my business such as automation marketing emails, track any type of report, manage classes and instructors, etc. Their support team is always amazing and on standby whenever I need help!

Had a great time! This was a pretty basic presentation (we've been using ZP for like 5 years) and we had to leave early so we didn't get all the goodies at the end, but it was very nice to learn the metrics of other successful gym and compare them to what we are doing. Would like a list of business metrics that everyone should go home and figure out. That way we know what are the most important reports to look at and how they indicate the health of the business.

The software has a great deal of utility that we are just now learning to utilize. As we grow, we learn more and more.
