I've been using zadarma for several months now, and there hasn't been a single instance of call drop or disruption.

Schlechte Beratung, da ESim nicht funktioniert. Einstellungen am Handy müssen geändert werden. Es gibt viel bessere und günstigere Anbieter. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I have been a long-time client of Zadarma, happy, for years, until 24 hours ago when my account with two phone numbers from Mexico and 3 from Canada are hijacked by Zadarma who will only unlock and turn on these numbers again, if I comply with adding a passport or driver's licence. They had my passport on file, I had to in order to open an account. Now they want more ID, and they have unlawfully locked active phone numbers in an account with a prepaid positive balance. This is theft of telecommunications and the worst service I have had with a phone provider. I chatted live with Leonardo who treated me like a criminal, refused to transfer my chat to manager, who refused to active my prepaid numbers and actively participated in their unlawful activities. Zadarma has infringed on the Canadian Telecommunications Act, their own Terms of Service, and CRTC policies and regulations. I had to file a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS). I would NOT recommend anyone to Zadarma, there are others, who do not lock your active account and demand passports and drivers licences, steal your phone numbers, or provide this low level of service.

This is an identity theft scam. You sign up and pay, then nothing works until you upload more than enough of a document to confirm your identity - but they never accept it and ask for more data. The reason they ask for both sides of a passport or ID card is so they can reproduce it. Europol needs to investigate this company because they give every indication of being a scam operation that collects people's identities and then could be seliing them on the dark web.

Terrible customer support, calls cut out for no reason after 5 minutes and they say its not guaranteed because I use authenticated number so Watch out people if you use your number customer support basically said it wont work and they dont care. After "fixing" it i cant call at all the numbers I had problems with and it stopped recording calls on the CRM. WARNING! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE NO HELP NOTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE A WASTE OF TIME. DONT WASTE WEEKS OF WORK JUST TO GET A VOIP SYSTEM TO WORK THIS ONE DOES NOT!!!
