Great product. 11 year old Chihuahua walks much better than before. Product easy to order and adjust auto delivery to suit the needs of my little furry friend.

Customer service was quick, friendly and helpful. And being sent one month of vitamins free, after my shipping address was incorrect, was an unexpected bonus. Thank you!

The Representative is always helpful, outgoing and extremely pleasant to deal with. The product is amazing and does wonders for my pet that has arthritis, and this has helped her so much! She now has no issues with running with her best friend which makes her very happy.

Initially I was disappointed in the lack of expedience filling my order. However, after an explanation from customer service, I now understand the order will not be filled the very same day but still within an acceptable time frame. As long as I am informed of a normal timeline, I can accept minor delays.
