I love yumove! Have been using it for a few years. Best supplement my dogs have ever been on. It has especially made a difference in my older dog.

I ordered the product and after 2 weeks, never received it, just got told they have a new manufacturer so the should be shipping out within a day...nothing. I asked for a refund, they said they gave me one but they didn't. Now I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank which is a pain in the neck..VERY DISAPPOINTING. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND..

Hello Susan, Thankyou very much for taking the time to write your review and I am so sorry for the issues you have faced with your order. I can see my colleague has processed your refund on July 18th with an email notification being sent over to you. Please do check your junk/spam mail incase this has filtered into these folders in error. Refunds can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to reappear in your bank. If you are still struggling to locate this refund, please do contact your bank for their chargeback response and they should be able to locate this refund for you. Kind Regards, Hannah Customer Care Team

Tried to reorder and could not get into your system to do so. Ask you (via a button) to send me a link to set up an account but never received one. I am almost out, which is a waste of time for my dog (as I would need to start over with the double dosing) and a waste of $$$ for me. I would LOVE to know if your product works!!!
