I didnt like that you dont have the option to change the frequency date of the shipments, my dog has been on yumove for months now, so dont need the full dose.

When I first started my subscription for this product, FedEx TOTALLY failed in deliveries. The company rectified this so well. And my vet researched the product and was VERY VERY impressed. That accolade versus how well the company took care of the delivery debacle and I cannot recommend it enough!

This is a great company they actually care. I lost my precious girl this past week and I asked them to stop emailing me because everytime I saw her name it hurt. They replied which I didn't expect. They even gave me a refund on the bottle I purchased. Their product does work my Bella was back up on her feet after about 4 weeks it wasn't instant like some say about their products.

The website is a little difficult to navigate, including not recognizing my password which was created recently, and then when trying to swap a product on my subscription it had a required drop down field, but the drop down didn’t work. BUT customer service was quick to respond and very very helpful!

First of all I just absolutely love the fact that your advertisement proves that you actually care about animals and not about money. Second of all my dog has only been on it for a few weeks and I'm already seeing a noticeable improvement in her ability to climb on the couch, run a little bit, and her walking in general. I love the fact that you contact me when it's about time for her to need a replenishment on the medication, and the fact that y'all are very personable about your business. I'm thoroughly pleased and totally blown away at how well this product works!!
