Good product just struggled with the replenishment cycle. Wasn’t able to make changes before shipment. Once I spoke to a representative I received great response to my concern.

This company has the best customer service! I really appreciate how they can resolve an issue in one phone call. I've always gotten through on the first try, and have not been placed on hold. They are friendly and professional. They also have great products at a great price, especially on subscriptions! I highly recommend Yumove+ and Yucalm!

I had a 17 yr old dapple dachshund, he had back problems and rear leg problems as most dachshunds. When I could get him to take the yu move I did notice a big difference in his ability to get around. In the end he wouldn't take them, then stopped eating and stopped drinking until finally he passed away.

I canceled my subscription, but was still shipped and charged for an order. When I complained, was told cancelling the subscription doesn't cancel the individual orders. What?

To confirm, cancelling your subscription after an order has processed and shipped will not affect that order, only future orders. The Joint Care plus is probably the best joint supplement that I have found my aussie mix! Will continue to use in the future to keep my baby girl at her best!

This company has the nicest and most helpful customer service I have seen in a long time they truly are doing what they do for all the right reasons which is rare to find. I highly recommend you move, and their products came highly recommended to me by my vet and has helped my elder Dog tremendously. Thank you thank you!
