I was very pleased. My 15-yr border collie had passed away so i dud not need her meds anymore. YuMove was very accommodating with the refund process.

I have emailed this company no less than 3 times requesting them to cancel my orders and to close this account and have unsubscribed to their emails. Yet I get constant emails from them. They just keep charging my account and sending their products. My dog passed away 3 and a half months ago. I’ve explained this to them every time I’ve contacted them. How cruel can you be, YuMove? After at least 3 requests, I can no longer recommend this company to anyone, as they do not care about their customers or their requests….. as long as they can make a buck. Thank you YuMove for making the painful experience of losing our family member more painful and heartbreaking than necessary.

After doing some digging I can see that one of our reps did cancel your subscription when you reached out in October, refunded your last order and offered her condolences for your loss as well. You have not received any orders from us under that account since then, so I wonder if there may be a duplicate account you've signed up for without realizing? Excellent supplement for sport dogs and pet dogs alike. Both 7yr and 15yr old are on it; highly recommended for sport dog and pet dog.

Absolutely terrific! My 13 year old had marked improvement of mobility and speed. All my dogs now use this product. They love it!
