I had to adjust my auto refill and customer rep from YuMove was very responsive. My request was immediately addressed. Great customer service for a great product. My 11 yr old Std Poodle loving agility like he did when he was a youngster! Couldn't be happier!

Yumove has dramatically improved our dog Rowdy’s quality of life. He’s 16 and feels no pain. Since taking YuMove, several times a day during walks he will break into a full gallup for 2 or 3 blocks. I just let him run, it’s a delight to watch, but it’s hard to keep up with him!

I had mistakenly added 2 subscriptions for the same product for my dog. I contacted YuMove and Lisa from Customer Care looked into it for me, cancelled one subscription and checked if I needed to pause the still active subscription as I currently have a surplus. Once I had let her know I didn’t need any more until May, she let me know that my subscription is paused until mid May. Kept informed & given choices at every step. Many thanks

My dog is a 17 year old German Shepherd x Chow in general good health. A few months ago her legs began to tremble as she walked and moved around. I started her on YuMove 2 day for a month. Her trembling has stopped. She always gets one a day, sometimes I give her two. YuMove has been a a blessing to her quality of life.

My min. schnauzer mix has show great improvement in her back legs now she is taking YuMove. The customer service department was very responsive to my problem of duplicate orders.
