I do not have my item as of yet. They have the slowest shipping I have ever encountered. I was hoping the item would be here before Christmas as it is a gift. It's been 9 days so far and according to tracking, I have no idea where my purchase is!

I purchased two items from Yukon Design Studio, the Woman and Kitty carving and the 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace. I am happy with the carving, but the tree pendant necklace is awful. It bears no resemblance to the photo in the listing, with all the gems bunched up around the edge of the pendant (not neatly spaced out like the listing) and the tree itself looks like it's warped with age. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife but I would be too embarrassed to give it to her. Martin at Yukon was initially responsive to my return request, but, after requesting and receiving photos of both sides of the pendant, has now failed to reply to my emails for the last two weeks. Avoid, unless you're sure you want the items even if they look nothing like the listing. EDIT: Yukon Studios got back in touch after reading this review. Rating upgraded from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the Woman and Kitty carving, which I like. I received a refund for the awful 7-Chakra Tree Pendant Necklace - they didn't want it back.

Hi Clive, I’m very sorry for the trouble you’ve had with your order. I’ve checked all areas of our studio, but so far we haven’t located your returned package. Could you please share a few more details — such as the tracking number or a description of the package — so we can trace it more effectively? If the return hasn’t yet been sent, please refer to our return instructions on our website, as following those steps will ensure it reaches us correctly: https://www.yukondesignstudio.com/refund_returns/ I want to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, and I appreciate your patience. The product needs final touches. Such as a finish, it's raw wood. Light sanding and glue helps.
Response from Yukon Design Studio· Aug 25, 2025
Hi Tandy, I’m really sorry to hear this — that’s not the experience we want for our customers. I can’t find any order under your name or email in our records, which makes me think you may have received a copy from another seller. Unfortunately, this is a common issue. Our original pieces are thick enough and stand on their own without glue. If you did buy from us, please email [email protected] with your order number (or the email used) and a photo. We’ll verify it right away and make it right. To ensure you receive the best quality next time, please order through our official website. Thank you, Martin Yukon Design Studio

This is an update to a review I did on 12/ 31/24. On that date, I left a negative review about Yukon Design Studio. I am changing the review because today, January 2, 2025, I received my order by way of the Post Office. It was not delivered as claimed, and as the tracking information indicated, on December 30th. The items themselves - 4 dog figures - arrived in great condition. I am very satisfied with the items themselves.

Dear Betsy, Thank you for updating your review and letting us know that your order has arrived! We're thrilled to hear that you're satisfied with the dog figurines and that they arrived in great condition. We truly appreciate your patience during the busy holiday season. December is indeed our busiest time, and while we work tirelessly in our workshop to fulfill every order, shipping can occasionally take longer due to high demand and carrier delays. Your understanding means a lot to us, and we’re so glad that everything turned out well in the end. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Martin

I ordered 3 products, 2 of woman with dog with floppy ears and one of man with dog with floppy ears. I also ordered 3 gift bags. These were all intended as gifts but when they finally arrived there was only one gift bag, not the three l ordered. This prompted me to unwrap the statues themselves, and of the three only one was undamaged. I contacted Yukon and two replacements were sent, but not the bags. These are nice products when they are as they should be, but quality control is clearly lacking, and l still haven't received all the items l paid for.

Hi Vivien, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues with your order. We take full responsibility and are glad we could send replacements for the damaged items. However, we're sorry the missing gift bags were overlooked and understand your frustration. While the holiday season is hectic, it’s no excuse, and we’re working to improve our quality control to prevent this in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Warm regards, Martin Yukon

Bought a wooden phone holder from Amazon a month ago. Then this ad from Yukon Design Studio popped up on my phone. As they were handmade, thought I would buy a few as gifts. They arrived quickly enough (6 working days to the UK), not sure if they came from the US (detailed tracking implied they had though some of the timings didn't make sense- dispatches in the future) but the only postage label on the package was from a warehouse in the UK. Packaging identical to the Amazon purchase. Would have been nice if the boxes or items themselves had a Yukon Design Studio label on them to show they are handmade, but the boxes just have a bar code label with a reference number and style number - implies they are mass produced. They are still quite a nice item, but look the same as the Amazon phone stand that comes from China.

Dear Denise, Thank you for your feedback! We want to clarify that Yukon Design Studio does not sell on Amazon. Unfortunately, there are some sellers who use our name on Amazon, but they are not affiliated with us. We've noticed they sell lower-quality copies, so please be careful when ordering from there. To ensure you're getting our authentic, handmade products, always order directly from our website. We appreciate your support and are happy to hear you liked the phone stands! If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Best regards, The Yukon Design Studio Team

Whilst the product itself is nice, the delivery experience was unpleasant. I ordered from Singapore and it took around 2 weeks to reach me. I had to contact customer support to find out what happened. Similar to some of the reviews, the product was sent from China.
Response from Yukon Design Studio· Oct 15, 2024
Hi Ling, thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the product! We understand your concerns regarding the delivery time. For Singapore, our standard delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. Since we offer international shipping at less than $3 USD, we work to keep costs low by using efficient shipping methods. If you need faster delivery in the future, feel free to contact us, and we can arrange priority shipping. As we serve customers worldwide, we have multiple warehouses globally, and Singapore is served from our China warehouse, where the shipping network is most extensive. We hope this clarifies the situation and we appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Martin
