I ordered two Air fryers from this company called storeruiz.com on 15 November two too lots of money from my account emailed them got no reply got no order delivered

I ordered a vegetable slicer last month, I haven't received anything and they also charged me twice. I have emailed but only get the automated reply, has anyone else managed to get hold of them?

I harder a vegetable slicers.. on the 17/11/21 November, it never cames, they took my money 💷. Its is very disgusting....
