Great service The items are very well thought and well done. Also of note is that at the time of my order, there was a delay for one item and Travel Cat reached to me to propose a split packaging (which I declined because I was not in a hurry). I have been a client for 5 years now and I'm still happy with the products and services of Travel Cat!

My cat was able to get out of this item. He went missing for another day, which was the scariest thing that has ever happened.

I ordered a medium, received a small, that was June 20. I am still trying to get the right size. Please advise as to return for the correct size. Thanks

I have three cats, so I've tried a few different carriers over the years, and this is probably my favorite one so far. The size is great, and it feels sturdy without being overly heavy. I've used it for vet visits and short trips, and it's made carrying them around a lot easier than a traditional carrier. Definately worth it if you have larger cats or just want something more convenient for traveling with your cat.

The Day Tripper Harness has been so great for my skittish, formerly feral, kitten. The fit is perfect for him and I really like the give in the leash. Wocket is gaining confidence so quickly and will soon be an adventure cat!

There's a huge delay in shipment and it's impossible to reach a human to discuss the issues. Very bad customer service. I regret the purchase.

The harness’ are absolutely accurate to what is advertised. The sizing was also accurate to the guide.
