Takes super long to ship
I ordered the ring almost 2 months ago and I still haven’t got it.

Shipping is a nightmare
Decent communication but my tracking never updated for 3 weeks, not even when it was finally delivered. This caused some serious anxiety especially when waiting for a gift. I emailed a bunch of times and was just only told "it will get there". Not super helpful. Ring is nice though, as expected.

From our side we did everything 100% in time, although, unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on the post work, every update in their system is automatically sent to the sales platform, where we are working. Beautiful ring but quality was not great
The ring is beautiful as was the packaging. The emerald fell out within 2 days of arrival though so it’s essentially not wearable. The business claims I didn't reach out to them regarding the emerald falling out. This is simply not true. Now they want me to remove my rating.
