After my accident where someone smashed into me while I was sitting at red light, my car was totaled and my back and neck were injured causing terrible pain. I decided that I wanted to receive compensation for my pain and misery since I know my back will never be the same again. The driver who did this was on the phone and not paying attention when he hit me. The insurance provider of the person who hit me was low balling it and did not want to compensate what the minimum amount should be. Saiontz & Kirk would not give up and kept going back to them letting them know their offer was unacceptable until an agreement on the offer was received. Saiontz & Kirk even decreased their fee so I could get what I asked for. I want to thank them for all their hard work and expertise. I will definitely go to them if I ever need them again which I hope I won’t. They made a painful time in my life bearable.
