I called and talked to a gentleman back around inApril May asked about what thickness the machine cut if it could cut 1/2 inch wood he said there would be a new machine coming out in Aug. so I waited then to find out its sold out

Just had my first need to work with the parts group. My fault. On a Sunday emailed and listed the parts by description and machine model. In a very short period of time I received a quote/invoice in which I was able to order parts from without exiting the invoice. Nicely done Yora

I’ve been purchasing Yorahome products for over a year. Ive upgraded my laser and found that now I have a laser with no frame. :( So, they also have a very helpful group, I asked simply if I could just purchase a frame and to my surprise they had sent me an invoice to my email to just purchase a frame! Well… I also had just ordered another piece for my new laser and they were AWESOME ENOUGH to attach my new purchase to my recent purchase to save me on duty fees!! I AM SO HAPPY WITH ALL THEIR PRODUCTS, GROUP & EVERYONE IN SUPPORT! Anytime I need something or help, the Yorahome team is there for me! - S. Le Lacheur

Yorahome sells a quality product. There were a few issues with the machine that were from the manufacturer not Yorahome. Jim at Yorahome support was quick to make contact with me and the manufacturer to get the issues resolved. Parts replaced in a timely manner and took the time to speak with me to insure that I was up and running. I would certainly buy from Yorahome again.

I have the 6550 40w and in the short time I have used it made some great looking stuff. The FB Support Group are great folks, when questions are asked answers are given. Even exchange ideas to help each other. When the time comes, I will be purchasing another unit from YoraHome. I learn something new each day either by mistake or by the help from the FB Group. I do lots of experimenting with the 6550 40w, sometimes I say wow and then there are times I say ok lets get some advice from the group. All in All I am a happy person for choosing YoraHome.

Never give perfect score leaves room for improvement or otherwise no way to go but down

This is a great machine, I found it very easy to put together but when it was time to attach the computer it was another story . I am still trying to get Easel to find my machine. The trouble is the easel programme does not follow on in a logical manner, as a result I have not been able to check my wiring . It can not be that hard, surely. Can you help? Ross King Australia
