I have 2 yorahome machines , the 3.5 and my 40w Yorabeast. Was hooked after the first one . Since, have purchased the dragchain , the z axis and the shields , and am thinking a third one . The correspondence is EXCELLENT,. Any questions I have I can always get a quick reply. Thank you YoraHome. Will be doing business again and again....

I've bought a few products from Yorahome this year and the most recent was the Silverback CNC router. WOW! Real value for money, well engineered and again easy to assemble. Delivery was a little slower due to the size of the boxes and our local UPS hub is renowned for being slow. Instructions are very good and all tools are supplied. Great service again!!

These guys are totally awesome. They're always there to help if you should have any difficulties. Anything you order gets shipped out very quickly and they stand behind their products.

Purchased a new updated control board which was dispatched very quickly, however it would not connect to GRBL or Lightburn, sent an email to Jim who gave me some tips to try, still could not connect so Yorahome supplied new control board straight away and now all is good. Nice to find a company ready and willing to help it 's customers, keep up the good work and you will go far.

I really cannot fault the Company. I have been experiencing problems with a laser engraver for some time. Finally managed to connect on Zoom with Jim Rarey. He took me through a number of steps before finally diagnosing a faulty diode. Replacement on its way to me. I couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend them.

SO far and by far the best customer service. Wait time to get my answers was less than 30 minutes, unlike Amazon which is usually 2 to 4 days
