I had an issue with the air pump on my 6550PRO Contacted support, I recieved a response quickly. Upon further inspection of the pump I sent detailed findings to support and new pump is on the way. Thank you Yorahome.

Laser stopped burning after only 6 or 7 hours. I contacted support and got a reply from Jim. He requested some pics and video of the problem. Upon his review of the videos I was contacted and told that the diode went bad and he was arranging a replacement. Several days later my replacement arrived and all is working well. In this day and age it's hard to find Support like this. Kudos to Yorahome and their staff. Keep up the good work

The laser they sold us did not work properly. We spent almost $1000 on the unit and attachments. Every print we would try would have lines going through it. I worked with their customer service for some time and they were not able to come up with a solution. They then refused a refund because it had been more than 40 days after the purchase. (We wasted like 2 months trying to work with their customer service who kept blaming the grain of the material we were using, even if it was ceramic which does not have grain). I highly recommend buying a different laser from a reputable company.

I always say that the measure of a company/ business is how they deal with problems that can arise, as they sometimes do. I bought a 2nd CNC router, The Silverback 6060 to be exact, As I was impressed with the smaller Mandrill 3036 purchased previously, However My New machine wouldn't work properly. And after seeking help on the Yorahome social media and then contacting Support at Yorahome, who got their UK support representative Mark Copper to contact me, which he did very quickly, We managed to remedy the fault, So I can definitely recommend Yorahome products and Customer service as being excellent I must also recommend the extended Yorahome family on social media for their support and advice.

The first time I powered on my 6550 I noticed that the x-axis stepper motor was not powering on. With some simple troubleshooting, switching the wires on the controller board, it was determined that the x-axis port on the control board was dead. They immediately ordered a replacement part to be shipped to me.

Will never purchase another Yorahome product. Purchased a 3018 Pro. It worked for about 4 hours total then began skipping and gouging. Received a myriad of emails to correct problems but nothing worked. Returned CNC but shipment was refused citing warranty had expired. Extremely poor customer care.

Thanks for your review, Bob. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this negative experience with our service. We went above and beyond to try to help you, but you refused to provide some additional information for us to determine if there was a hardware fault on the machine, so that we could provide replacement parts. We provided you with a Return Authorization, with the understanding that the machine would be inspected, and if there were no defects, any return would be subject to our posted returns policy; including any restocking fees. This Return Authorization was provided to you on February 21, 2022 – well beyond our normal warranty period. You chose to wait over 3 months to try to ship the machine back; at that time, you were notified that the shipment would be refused on our end, as the Return Authorization was no longer valid. We have no way of knowing what other tasks were completed during that timeframe, and cannot accept a return 8 months after purchase (your machine was delivered in early October 2021). We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase, but we must abide by our posted policies.
