Response from Yoolax· May 31, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry that the setup process was so difficult and time-consuming. We understand how frustrating it can be when installation doesn't go smoothly, especially when remote pairing instructions are not readily available. We are continuously working to improve our setup guides and customer support resources, and your feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed. Please contact our support team if you haven't already—we'd love the opportunity to help complete the setup and ensure all four blinds are functioning properly. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make things right. Best regards, Yoolax Team

While I finally received the product I had originally inquired about a few months before, the entire process should not have taken as long as it did. I inquired about a product, went back/forth with the company several times before I was sent an invoice for another product. Finally they agreed to send me the product and then bill me upon arrival - I received the wrong product. Only after I wrote a review as such did they reach out and tell me that had the product I had originally inquired about. After a few more emails, they finally sent the product I wanted in the first place. So while I'm happy I finally got what I needed, I would not order from this company every again due to the customer service experience.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're very sorry that your experience was so frustrating and time-consuming. From the initial inquiry to the invoicing confusion, receiving the wrong product, and the extended back-and-forth communication, we understand that we fell short of the experience you expected and deserved. Although we're pleased that we were eventually able to provide the correct product, we recognize that this should have happened much sooner and with far less effort on your part. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused along the way. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can learn from this experience and improve our processes moving forward. Thank you for your patience, and for giving us the chance to resolve the issue. We truly appreciate your business and feedback. Best regards, Yoolax Team

I searched for a long time on what smart blinds to get for my home. I really wanted the ecosystem and connectivity to work with Apple Home and other options were almost triple the price. The quality of the fabric, valance and motor are superior. The set up and connectivity worked perfectly and it continues to respond to voice controls and the control wheel. I also accidentally had some measuring issues in which the service team were absolutely fantastic. I never leave reviews but I feel it necessary to tell everyone how great these are!

Thank you for your amazing review! We're delighted to hear that the smart blinds exceeded your expectations in both quality and smart home integration. It's wonderful to know the setup was smooth, the Apple Home connectivity has been reliable, and that our service team could assist with the measuring issue. Your kind words mean a lot to us—especially knowing you don't usually leave reviews. Thank you for choosing us and for sharing your experience with others! Best regards, Yoolax Team

The order process was easy to follow and delivery was great - everything was packaged well and no damage. The panel track blinds are really nice and lived up to the expectations. We had been originally looking at the roller blinds with light filtering, so did not realize the panel track blinds were not light filtering. It is not an issue, but it would be great if you offered it in the light filtering. The only issues we ran into were the instructions. It was not always clear what we were supposed to do and in our initial pass we did not line up the tabs in the rail correctly. It was not clear that each have to be on the right of the one before it, otherwise the track doesn't pull them in order. But, after watching how it was pulling a few times we did managed to figure it out ourselves. The remote is another issue - no idea how that thing is supposed to be programmed. The instructions might as well add 'do a twirl and tap your head' in there as it seems it has way too many steps to do what should be simple programs. Five panels do not need 16 options, though I'm not sure there are more than three - not that any of them are used. Finally figured out that set at 00 (which was a fluke that I even found that) is where it needs to be to open fully or close fully. We just hit stop when it is where we want it. two programmed settings would be nice but haven't had the time to call in for help. Overall, would definitely order from Yoolax again. I have confidence they will improve their installation instructions and it's good they seem open to calls for help!

Dear customer Thank your for your comment. We actually have installation and program video. The channel of remote is 16, each one can control one shade, that is for customers have many shades. We will improve the quality and simplify the program process in future. Best Regrads Yoolax Team
