Received my item in and not all…
Received my item in and not all information was disclosed on an excellent rating from the site. The key to the lock was not with the clutch and that is an essential item. It should have been notated forthwith. If it had I would have looked elsewhere for the exact item purchased.

Thank you for your review. As mentioned in our email reply to you, the key is not required for the function of the item and therefore not essential. We always do out best to list the condition of the item in as much detail as possible. And we always list out to specify what is included, and the key was not mentioned nor pictured. If this question was asked prior, we would be thrilled to answer as we state all throughout the website.
