After dealing with the Yes Welder Support Team and in particular Ana I am very Happy. Wasn’t sure at first. After a couple of pictures and a couple short videos it was all over. The support I received from the Yes Welder team was much greater than I expected. Thank you Ana and the rest of the team!!!

Excellent product at a great price. Was looking for a high quality low cost product for at home use for DIY type welding. Yeswelder was recommended by a friend for the quality of equipment and great customer service. Purchased the YWM-160 and got everything I was hoping for. Contacted customer service because I wanted to get a digital copy of the weld settings chart to take to Kinko's to blow up for the wall of the garage instead of opening up the spool access door Everytime I needed to see it and Ana from customer service was fast at providing the information I needed. Have and will continue to recommend this product to everyone.

Most of the items I had ordered from the Yes Welder website had come in, expect for 2 items for which the tracking number wasn't working. I emailed Yes Welder support to discuss the issue and got a response from Ana who gave me all the shipping/ tracking info and to my surprise told me that the items would arrive the next day. Very satisfied with my experience.

I’d like to say I like my little 205 tig

I have been using my YesWelder Flux-135-110 for about 14 months mostly for arc welding. It has been a pleasure to use such an easy-to-use, lightweight machine. The arc is easy start, and has been a good machine for an occasional homeowner welder. I did have a problem the first time out with gasless MIG welding. When I started my second bead, I heard a "pop" and the machine went dead. After checking breakers, confirming connections and still no life in the welder, I was ready to write it off - it was a bargain and I got a good year plus out of it. It was out of warranty (just) so I didn't expect much help from YesWelder customer service. I tried them anyway, with low expectations, but hoping maybe they could at least confirm I hadn't missed something easy to fix. I contacted YesWelder customer service and got a prompt response to my request for help diagnosing my welders problem. Over a couple of evenings going over connections, confirming my settings etc, and looking over the circuit boards for signs of failed parts. Unfortunately, it was determined that the welder couldn't be repaired. I should mention that over the course of 4 days, I had been communicating with one person- Raymond at YesWelder tech support. I wasn't passed from one person to the next, and Raymond was consistently there for me. He also arranged for me to get a new replacement welder at no cost! Now you may ask why I am rating this welder 5 stars after it failed - First, I was pretty happy with the welder before it failed. And hey, everything breaks. The real reason I am writing this review is because of the service I got from YesWelder and especially Raymond. Definitely 5 star care for a customer who had an out of warranty problem.

Bought a 250P Tig welder- on first use welding mode would not change out of DC Pulse or Stick modes- Contacted Raymond who responded very fast- Sent me a new welder! Talk about AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received the replacement welder in 2 days! The welder is awesome- first welds are amazing, I love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YES WELDER!!!

I purchased a product and I had a item I was concerned about so I called Yeswelder and met Raymond. He is a good man and really did everything he possibly could to help me understand the issue while he immediately replaced the potentially damaged product. I had a small concern and the Yeswelder Customer Service Team immediately did everything they could to eliminate the problem and help me understand everything about it. You cannot ask more from any company than Yeswelder gave me. My safety was their paramount concern and... you know... they care a lot about customer satisfaction too. I now know I can completely trust Yeswelder to have my back. Yeswelder cares and they do give 110%!

My YesWelder MIG gun nozzle wasn't coming off of the MIG gun and Ana from YesWelder demonstrated really good customer service by listening to my concerns and promptly responding back to my emails. In addition, she generously replaced my MIG gun. Thank you Ana!
