⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Support I had accidentally renewed my subscription because I was unable to unsubscribe in time and had not used the service for a long period. I contacted YAMM Support, and their response was quick, professional, and very helpful. Remi promptly reviewed my request, canceled my license, and processed the refund without any hassle. Total bait and switch. YAMM has previously been excellent. All of a sudden it's fell from allowing hundreds of emails to be sent daily for free, to 20 per day. Fair enough to reduce the count somewhat as it was pretty generous, but a 20 limit is a complete joke. And they are proposing I pay $6-12 per month depending on what tier I'd like. You must be having a laugh; an automatic mail merge is not worth almost the cost of an AI pro subscription.

This is software is very intuitive. I was able to figure everything out within, maybe an hour. Since I had a spreadsheet with names I got working very quickly. It has been accurate and I'm happy with the product.
