sick snake
sent a sick snake that died immediately. wouldn’t respond when i asked for details ON the snake. $$$ down the drain and a sad unfortunate pet loss.

We replied to the email on 8-31-26 at 11:38 AM with the following. “Hello, and thanks for reaching out for feeding assistance to ensure your animal thrives. Please contact the number on our site 305-305-5998 during business hours 11 am - 7pm Mon-Sat Eastern time for assistance if you have not been contacted already. thanks” We did not receive any further communication from you to assist you.
