I paid $13 for priority shipping to…
I paid $13 for priority shipping to ensure the products arrived on time for my upcoming appointments. I was not receiving any shipping updates until the day the order was supposed to arrive notifying me that the order was going to be 2 days late with no reasoning. I reached out to customer service with no response and no returned call or email.

Great Navy eyeliner pencil.

Cost is my biggest issue.
I love most of your products except the under eye patches. There are several that stay better and don’t sting. Your prices are much more than other brands as well, even with my discount. Mascara wands can be bought for a fraction of your cost. As well as the lint free cleansing sticks.

Using a clinically-tested hypoallergenic silicone, these under eye patches do not contain additional ingredients and suit all skin types, even sensitive skin. The unique shape and compact size provide a noticeably secure, comfortable, and universal fit versus traditional under eye gel patches. Additionally, we find that all 3 types of Xtreme Lashes under eye patches are most comfortable and secure for clients on freshly cleansed, rinsed, and dried skin and lashes. Best isolation tweezers I’ve used.
These are the best isolation tweezers I have used! The angle is perfect and they are SO SHARP on the tips you can slice through those lashes so easily. I’m obsessed and will never go back!
