Isnt necessarily y’all’s fault but…
Isnt necessarily y’all’s fault but tracking on the package was nonexistent and it was delivered to a neighbors house 3 days before it even said it shipped on your online tracking site Shop. Terrible app and utterly useless. Please use a different tracking service.

Been charged for a incomplete or…
Been charged for a incomplete or missing shipment. No invoice emailed. No communication yet. Waiting. Been a month now...
