One of the Ballast died. I've tried getting it covered under warranty with no response. Definitely a scamming company and do not honor the "Lifetime Warranty". I guess that's their way of avoiding warranty. Do not BUY!

They robbed me I pay for the lights almost 1 year ago and never received mi package and the telephone number never answer the line i sent like 100 mails with no response

Don’t be fooled by this flashy website and company! I brought my hids package and I installed it but when one of ballast stopped working after several years later. I ask for rma lifetime product replacement and they listed my case as pending approval! This website does have contact information through email but does not have a phone number to call. After two weeks of waiting, they still haven’t responded. After look up XenonHIDs.com on trustpilot the reviews are the same as mine. XenonHIDs.con doesn’t honor lifetime warranty!!!!! Don’t buy from them !

I purchased six light HID systems through them for my commercial trucks. Every time something went wrong, I was unable to get anything replaced. I tried and tried to contact them, but they didn’t respond. As far as I am concerned, steer clear of them.

⚠️⚠️STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIECE'S OF SHIT. My headlights i bought from Xenon didn't even last a year until one burned out. WASTE OF MONEY! Will not buy again! They have fake reviews to make them look good.⚠️⚠️

This site has SCAM written all over it. STAY AWAY. You will regret placing an order. I placed a large order and they charged my card and then ghosted me. No shipment, email replies and there phone line is another waste of time. I was lucky enough to use Paypal and just received my refund after a month of waiting. Run and never look back at this site. Just report it as a scam.

This company is a SCAM! They never shipped my lights and never replied to an email inquiry, but they had no problem charging my card. They will be out of business soon.
