I've been using the Falcon camera for a few months and it works quite well, and is comparable to the similar Veo camera for a much lower price. The quality for both 7v7 soccer and basketball has been very good when shot from a tripod at a height of about 12-15ft. Initial setup was pretty easy, battery life has been solid, and transferring files has been very quick. It does seem to occasionally cut off the near corners of the field when auto-tracking and can get fooled (especially in basketball) with fans or coaches moving around very close to the court, but it's generally been a good product that I'd recommend

I preordered the XbotGo Falcon and waited a couple of months to receive it. After using it only a few times, the quick-release plate broke. I contacted XbotGo Support right away, and they kindly sent me a replacement plate. However, it took almost another month to arrive. I would give them 5 stars if the support process had been faster, because I really love how the camera works and performs overall.

I began having issues with the remote that controls my XbotGo. I submitted a support ticket and support worked with me to understand and diagnose the issue. They determined there was a hardware issue and are sending me a replacement to correct the problem.

I dont usually do reviews but was really unsure from the reviews what the xbot pro would be like. I am using for basketball indoor and it has been really good. I think those complaining expect to much at the price point. I have since found gimbals you can get that probably do the same thing cheaper. I would find it handy if there was a really basic simple editing just highlight clip you want and go to next one. I think there probably is I have just never cut video before and feel the tutiorial video is not as step by step as I require for editing. Overall happy, kids love have a video of a good bucket as do I.

I originally bought the XbotGo Chameleon to record my kids’ football training sessions, but now I also use it to film their team. The product works really well, and I’m excited to see how the new Falcon will perform.

Signed up and paid $5 to get pre-access to their new product but when I went to purchase they had sold out. Complete con if there are limited spots why sell more access tickets than there are spots available. Edit: company reached out to resolve moving to 4 star.
