I ordered this one time purchase. This is my second review. This helped our baby 0%. Also, I did send the second tub back over 2 months ago. Have Not recieved any refund. I have the reciept where I sent it back and the date they recieved it. I contacted them and the rep I spoke with said he was refunding to my credit card Right then while we were speaking. He said that the refund was good and my card would reflect the refund. Still over 2 months and I called my CC and they said No refund was made or attempted. What Liars this company. Futhermore, look at the list of ingredients-almost identical to Vet IQ we get at Sams Club for $17.00! You Crooks keep my $50.00 hopefully these reviews will cost you Much more in lost sales. I might add this is My opinion only based on My experience and the lack of trust I place in this Co. Not meant to persuade anyone else just to Inform Before others may purchase this product. Again I can buy almost the Same ingredients with Vet IQ at Sams for 1/3rd the cost and 180 doses. Clyde Scurry 10-7-25

Hi Clyde, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. After carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that your refund was fully processed on September 11, as verified in our system. Refunds typically take no more than 10 business days to appear, so at this point, your bank should be able to see the transaction. Please contact your bank associated with the Visa card ending in **9999 to verify the status, as it may already be reflected on their end. We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience and truly wish this had been resolved sooner. Stephany at Wuffes

The money back guarantee? Nope! My dog suffered liquid diarrhea several times a day and lethargic from not feeling well. Response from customer service? Because it is effective in most dogs they can only offer 40% refund. What a joke!
Response from Wuffes· Oct 5, 2025
We’re very sorry your dog had this reaction. Our 90-day warranty applies when the product is used consistently for 90 days, allowing most dogs enough time to experience benefits, but we understand every pup is different. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products, but we truly appreciate your willingness to donate unused items and are sorry this caused any stress or strain.

I ordered this to try for my 11 year old Goldendoodle. I thought I’d try this and did the audio shipped. Beamer (my sweet boy) would not take the wuffles. So I thought I cancelled it. The first order was only $10.00, so I thought I’d try it. They later kept sending them and take out $56.90 in my account. I’m so sorry that I ordered through this company because they informed me that I had to try them for 90 DAYS before they could cancel my rx, even if my dog won’t eat them. I happily told them I’d return the the boxes that haven’t even been taken out of the box. They told me they could not take return that I could donate them to a shelter or give them to someone who could use them. I don’t mind that BUT I’m on a fixed income and that amount is CRAZY!!! They have only offered to refund my the last withdrawal. I do NOT recommend this unless you have money to throw away!!! Which I have yet to receive!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that Beamer didn’t take to the Wuffes chews — we know how picky our pups can be sometimes! We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work out as hoped, especially when you're trying to do something good for your furry family member. We also hear your concerns about the subscription charges and your experience with our cancellation policy, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this caused. Our 90-day guarantee is designed to allow enough time for most dogs to experience the benefits of our chews — but we absolutely understand that not every pup is the same. While we aren't able to accept returns of opened or unsealed products for safety reasons, we appreciate your willingness to donate the unused items, and we're truly sorry this put a strain on your budget. We’re glad to hear that our team was able to process a refund for the most recent charge, and if that refund hasn’t yet reached your account, please allow a few business days for it to appear. If it still hasn’t come through, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can double-check everything for you. We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll be using it to continue improving our customer experience. If there’s anything else we can do to make this right, we’d love the opportunity to help.

I came across wuffes on my journey to find some relief for my furbaby, looking for a miracle and grasping at any sense of hope I possibly could get, I decided it couldn't hurt to try them for a month to just see if they lived up to the hype. I am so, soo glad i decided to take that plunge. Wuffes has been the miracle that I'd been searching for. My Sharkie is a 75lb pitbull (she's big boned, not really fat) and had really started to struggle walking and jumping onto the bed. She's been on about 3 months now and I couldn't be more beside myself watching her have the zoomies again!! Thank you, thank you!!
Response from Wuffes· Oct 4, 2025
Wow your message truly made our day! 💛 We’re beyond thrilled to hear that Sharkie is feeling like her spunky, zoomie-loving self again! Stories like yours are exactly why we do what we do. It means the world to know that Wuffes has helped bring relief and joy back to your girl. Big love to your 75lb bundle of strength and sass we’re so happy she’s thriving and getting back to doing the things she loves most (especially those zoomies 🐾)! Thank you so much for trusting us on your journey and for sharing such a heartwarming update. Give Sharkie some extra belly rubs from all of us here at Wuffes!

I like the.product and everyone I recommend it to likes it. I am having problems with the product sticking together. I can't get them apart. This new jar is really bad. Also have you changed the formula it does not seem to work as good. Maybe my dogs are getting worse.
Response from Wuffes· Oct 4, 2025
Thank you so much for your kind words and for recommending Wuffes to others we’re so glad to hear the product has been working well for you and your pups! We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the chews sticking together. That definitely shouldn’t be happening, and we know how frustrating it can be when it’s tough to separate them, especially when you're trying to stay on track with your dog’s routine. This can sometimes occur if the chews are exposed to heat or humidity during shipping, but we’d love to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can send a replacement or help troubleshoot further. As for the formula we haven’t made any changes recently, but every pup is different, and sometimes their needs can evolve over time. If you feel the chews aren’t working quite the same, we’d be happy to work with you to explore options or adjustments that might better support your dogs’ current needs. Thanks again for being a part of the Wuffes family we truly appreciate your support and feedback!

Wuffes has been great for my doodle! He started having joint issues a few years ago, and we didn’t want to keep him on prescription meds. Enter Wuffes. His response to the joint chews has been even better than with prescription meds. The only down side is the smell of the chews - not terrible but certainly not appetizing to us humans. ;-)
Response from Wuffes· Oct 3, 2025
We’re thrilled to hear your doodle is responding so well to Wuffes, even better than prescription meds! We’re sorry about the smell, one key ingredient is green-lipped mussels, but storing the chews in a cool, dry place can help. Stephany at Wuffes💚

We have been using the hip and joint chews for several months. Almost immediately, we noticed a significant difference in Sydney's playfulness and her mobility.
Response from Wuffes· Oct 2, 2025
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful feedback about Sydney! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that she's feeling more playful and mobile that’s exactly what we hope for with every pup who joins the Wuffes family. 🐾 It's amazing what a little joint support can do, and we're so glad to be part of Sydney’s journey to feeling her best again. Please give her some extra belly rubs from us!
