I can highly recommend the company WUBEN. Very good quality, good handling. The price for the products is reasonable. I like the new lamps because they are innovative. A good outfitter for search and rescue teams too

— Angelina Zhang, WUBEN

This is a very scammy company. They have an attractive website and claim all their products are in stock but then when you order there is no confirmation of your order shipping. I waited over a month and contacted them multiple time in regards to my order. They had used every excuse in the book and at one point asked me to send more money so I could get my order. I quickly requested a refund but they delayed that and made me wait as long as they could to return my money. Dirty business and their customer service is rude and extremely poor.

Hi, this is Angelina Zhang from WUBEN. I’m very sorry to read about your experience. The long delay, poor communication, and the way your refund was handled clearly left you with a very negative impression of WUBEN, and I completely understand your frustration. I’d like to personally review what happened with your order and our previous communication. Please send me the email address or order number associated with your purchase, and I’ll look into the case directly. As an apology for this experience, I’d also like to send you our new WUBEN E2, launching this August, completely free of charge. You can contact me directly through our official WUBEN Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/wuben I’m truly sorry that we let you down, and I hope we can have the opportunity to make this right. — Angelina Zhang, WUBEN

This is my favorite edc flashlight because it fits in my pocket and has an incredibly long beam. Very powerful because of the 42000 candelas. And the price/quality ratio is also great. I recommend this flashlight.

Hi, this is Angelina Zhang from WUBEN. Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience! We’re really happy to hear that the light has held up so well during your daily work as a welding inspector. We did notice that your review is very positive, but the rating shows only 1 star. We were wondering if the 1-star rating may have been selected by mistake? Either way, we truly appreciate your support and recommendation. Thank you for choosing WUBEN! — Angelina Zhang, WUBEN
