I am a real customer
I am a real customer, bought the Wuben G2 after seeing it on reddit. The charging port cover tore off and the port would fill with lint on my keychain. Customer service came through for me and replaced it!

Order is stuck somewhere in china
Order is stuck somewhere in china, didnt receive anything after more than 2 weeks... Only mails, asking me to rate the product... The website should prominently point out, that products will be shipped from china.... It doesn't...

Because our German warehouse had limited stock at the time when you placed your order, we opted to ship from China, with a usual transit time of 15-25 working days. However, during the "BFCM" period, the entire logistics chain experienced a delay of 2-8 days, and we estimate an additional 8-13 days for your order to be delivered.
