Hey RB, I'm sorry about that! We've been around for over 7 years and we're not in the business of deception. That goes against our core values entirely. We outline the our pricing in our Terms and in our Checkout process. Most importantly, we send all customers an email 30 days before renewal letting them know their renewal is coming up and with the amount that they are going to be billed this way they can cancel ahead of time if we are no longer a good fit. So we're not trying to pull a fast one on anyone and want to be transparent. We're all better for that. Sounds like we didn't hit that mark for you and I apologize for that. Hi there! Thanks for the feedback - I totally understand the pain of receiving spam submissions. The struggle is real! The good news is we have been proactively implementing multiple solutions and integrations to combat spam submissions. Specifically, we already have quite a built-in settings to combat spam depending on the type of spam you are getting. Such as: - Google reCAPTCHA (v2, v2 Invisible, v3) - hCaptcha - CloudFlare Turnstile - Akismet - Keyword Allow/Denylist - Country Allow/Denylist The solution that works best for you is often different from site to site though.
