I was hoping to use WPFactory products for my company, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After purchasing, I was unable to access the downloads or license keys inside my account, and the support team informed me that their licensing system is not suitable for agency-style usage or environments where multiple team members handle client websites. Additionally, some of the instructions provided did not match what appeared in my dashboard, which caused delays and confusion. The team ultimately decided to issue a refund, which I appreciate, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and the system was not compatible with my workflow. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the company improves the licensing options and clarity of documentation in the future.

Once we realized that the intended usage was not compatible with our system, we issued a full refund immediately to prevent any further inconvenience.
