David was very helpful getting my admin password reset.

I was unable to access my website admin although I had the correct login and password information. After almost 3 hours of fighting with it, I called Wordpress support not knowing what to do. Erica could clearly see that I was confused and frustrated. She was very kind and patient and handled everything with her technical support team effectively. 30 minutes later, I am back into my admin panel. It was nice to get an actual person on the line! Thank you Erica!

This company helped me so much when I had a problem with my Wordpress blog. They fixed the problem and continued to improve it over several weeks until I was satisfied. One thing I really appreciate is that when I used the chat button, I was sent right back to the person who had been helping me, even if it had been several days. Not every company does this, although it seems pretty obvious why this would be a good idea. Thank you again.
