Signed up for 7 free searches / 7 days promotion. Used 3 searches, and decided that it didn’t fit my needs. I cancelled subscription. During cancellation website would not load cancellation page repeatedly despite all other pages/links working. Finally was able to cancel. The account now confirms that I have “ No paid subscription.” This was three months ago and they are still charging me every month. I just sent my second communication, the first was ignored. Do not trust this company with your financial information.

Hello William, Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for your recent experience and appreciate the chance to clarify. We found two subscriptions linked to your name and address. The first, [email protected], was created on September 24, 2018, and canceled on September 28, 2018. The second, [email protected], was created on March 8, 2025. This subscription was not canceled during its 7-day or 7-lookup free trial and became active on March 15, 2025. It appears recent logins to the older [email protected] account caused confusion, as the active [email protected] subscription hasn't been accessed since its creation on March 8, 2025. To confirm, the [email protected] account was accessed for cancellation purposes, while the [email protected] subscription remained unused after being created. We understand how this could be confusing. The [email protected] account is now canceled, and we've issued a refund. Please contact us if you have any future login issues or questions. Hello G.Z. Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you didn't have a better experience with us. From the description of your issue, it sounds like you may have another subscription associated with another email address. Typically, when our team replies to inquiries that state canceled, we ask if there is another email address to research. However, we can't be sure, as we don't have your contact information. Please provide your contact information and we'll be happy to get to the bottom of this for you. Thanks, WorthPoint Team [email protected]

Signed up for free trial. No way to cancel subscription, the pages freeze and you can not navigate the site. Emailed customer service, no response. I have blocked my credit card to stop them charging me. Waste of my time and very inconvenient. I’m not the only one with this problem.

Hi there, Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you didin't have a better experience with us. It looks like you sent us a request to cancel, and our team canceled for you on 4/27/25. We don't see where any charges were made or attempted, as you were in the free trial. Please contact us if you see a charge so that we can investigate further. Thanks WorthPoint Team [email protected]

This company is a rip off do not waste your money. I bought coverage for three devices and when my phone got destroyed they denied the claim. No I'm in battle with them to honor their commitment. This company is a scam.

Hi Brian, We're happy to help here, but it looks like we may not be the company you are looking for. We are an online price guide, and we help our subscribers research what they have and what it could possibly be worth. It sounds like your experience was with an insurance provider. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions about what WorthPoint does. Thanks, WorthPoint Team [email protected]

I did a 7 day trial, which required you to put in payment details. However no option to cancel and when I go into my account there is no subscription, yet got an email charging a monthly fee. No reply to emails. Had to cancel through PayPal (thankfully). But I want my money refunded. Update 26 Feb. Email reply was received with a note to say they will refund. PayPal confirmed. So I guess they are not bad at all.
Response from Worthpoint· Feb 26, 2025
Hello David, Thank you for your review; we're sorry you didn't have a better experience with us. Our intention is never to force any user to keep a subscription after the trial, which is 7 days or 7 lookups, whichever comes first. If you have any issues with cancelling, please feel free to contact us before the trial is over, and we'll be happy to help. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. Thanks, WorthPoint Team [email protected]

I continually find it lacking past sales that should be present. For anything that is not semi-common or better, it is very hit or miss. Disappointing considering it can't do its only job very well. Better than nothing though so have to still give it two stars.
