I purchased the VIP Lifetime subscription, and have so far used several plugins, including Elementor Pro and ACF Pro, and they work perfect (with no alerts or visible signs of being nulled plugins on the admin panel)! I also messaged the support team through Messenger, and they responded promptly and helped me solve my issue (there was no problem on their end). Totally recommended.

*UPDATE REGARDING THEIR FEEDBACK* ... "after actually getting refunded (and completely lying about "5 out of 7 items" ... Feedback about this: We purchased from different emails. Not all orders was made from same email. So how you can say i am lying?! About , which never happened in reality, since you bought a single product which we have refunded to you). ... "Come and slander, defame and hurt the reputation of the vendor after getting a full refund after being abusive and aggressive to our support." Feedback about this point: I can send you all emails via privat mail or via normal email all purchase emails. And you can see: In total 5 of 7 plugins was not working. Also the last plugin we have purchased (redis object cache) was not working. So its very frustrating and normal that customers are not happy if 5 of 7 plugins was not working. Is that normal for you and woud you be happy with that kind of product? And yes, the last email of us was not the most friendly email. Because we was very frustrated. And we telling you to remove the redis object cache plugin if its not working - and you still not remove it. We will purchase it again in one month and will test if you still try to sell products which are not working (error: invalid licence) and also the next client will review their negative feedback here. This is the right of the client to report also negative points. original text: **************** We purchased in total 7 plugins from different email addresses. 5 of 7 plugins was not working and we get a refund. But we asked for a working license and told them why they still sell the plugins which are not working. After asking this, we get no feedback, only words like: Did you notice - we have refunded your payment... We asked again why they still try to sell a plugin without working license... without any feedback. They also reply to us: You send us today email and now you send again email... -> Yes, because 5 of 7 plugins have the same problems in history and its feeling like to work with "children". Same on last purchase: license was not working, and we do not get any solution, only refund. A refund is nice, but we dont pay for a plugin just to get a refund. We purchased this plugins to work with it. And they are still online and other visitors still can buy this not working license...

Hi "Anna", Well it's interesting that you out of 330 reviews and about 150,000 customers have this experience, and that you come with your Venom to TrustPilot after actually getting refunded (and completely lying about "5 out of 7 items", which never happened in reality, since you bought a single product which we have refunded to you). We don't see a point in responding to customers that feel so privileged and entitled as to go buy a GPL licensed $4 product, slam us with aggressive emails, 1) Lie about their orders and 2) Come and slander, defame and hurt the reputation of the vendor after getting a full refund after being abusive and aggressive to our support. But we can't (and aren't trying to) educate everyone, people are who they are. I wish you lots of luck and a happy new year.

I recently purchased a WordPress theme from this website, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that left me extremely disappointed. First, when I attempted to import the demo content, I was met with an error message indicating that the file could not be found (404 error). To make matters worse, after installation, the theme displayed warnings claiming it was a "nulled copy," despite my having purchased it legally. I reached out to the support team, but the entire situation has made me question the reliability of this service. As a paying customer, I expected a seamless process and better quality assurance. I trusted this company, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their service to ensure future customers don't face the same issues.

Hello, you keep saying the service was "unprofessional" and "frustrating" yet you did not mention a single detail in your review about what exactly was frustrating or problematic. I also could not find your order or contact. If you'd actually like to resolve your issue please contact me directly on [email protected]

An updated review as I guess I could now be considered to be a 'long time user' of this service. The guys involved with Worldpress provide excellent service and are always helpful in the rare event that I need support. Most of the time, their stuff just works. As always, it is important that you understand what you are buying through them. If you need lots of support and hand-holding for plugins or themes then you should definitely go the paid route through the developers as that is exactly what they are charging for. If you already understand what you are doing in WordPress and just need the funtionality, WorldPress IT is the way to go. I continue to be a very happy customer.
