The only reason I am giving you a 3 star ratit's 3 star rating it's because the Box came like it was dragged through hell And when you pay that much money for something you'd like to see it come in decent condition otherwise It's great And I would still buy from you guys
Response from Work Van Equipment· Aug 10, 2021
We very much apologize for the condition in which you received your item. We always thank customers for their feedback, negative, neutral, or positive. We completely understand your frustration. We have reviewed your order and noted that a customer service representative offered to make things right had you been missing any items. We understand that offering " to make things right " isn't a proactive approach and we will do our very best to monitor the carriers deliveries forthwith. We are happy that you were able to install your ladder rack and that all items where still housed within the box. Again, our sincerest apologies are extended out to you and we hope that you'll allow us to better serve you next time.

Took forever to ship and updates are sparse unless you reach out to them. Edit: Yes I was told it would take a while to ship, I’m still rating it a 3 star because a month and a half is kinda ridiculous in this day and age. Also the responses I got from my emails weren’t exactly helpful. Overall the response I got from this company was “I shouldn’t complain since I had the information”.

We always appreciate and learn from what our customers have to say. We noticed the day you placed your order, a customer service representative advised via email that your order would be delayed and also advised a shipping lead time. We also noted you emailed before the time frame provided and again you were provided with the same time frame initially given. Your order shipped within the time frame initially provided. There isn't much feedback we can provide before the shipping lead time is up. Finally, we see that all your emails were answered in a timely manner. We very much apologize you feel this way. We agree with you, in this day and age orders and deliveries should be speedy. However, the world is still recovering from a pandemic wherein many industries, i.e. manufacturing were heavily impacted. You were not only advised of the delay but also were given the right to cancel at any time. We learn from all feedback provided, and we will make sure to highlight our delayed lead times in our future emails to customers. Thank you for your feedback.

I love everything about you guys, except that many times we get charged a lot of money to ship something that could have gone fedex ground instead of ltl carrier.
Response from Work Van Equipment· Jul 13, 2021
Thank you for your honest feedback. I have reviewed all of the orders placed and noticed that they have all shipped as requested by the manufacture; partitions, shelves, floor mats, and screens are all predestined to ship in certain ways. In order to avoid any negative or neutral feelings, we encourage any customer to call or email us if they have any questions on the charges for the products or shipping. We are saddened to read your review but completely understand the feedback received. We can only strive to become better for our customers and are happy that you have provided us your honest thoughts. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions on your next order; we sure hope to have the opportunity to better serve you.
