Worst Job Application Platform ever! It forces you to create a new account each time and add every single piece of information again... I honestly don't know how there are still companies using this.

If a job is using Workday.com I simply do not apply to the job. Like pretty much everyone else has stated on this page. Surprised they're still running as a company.

Workday is simply the worst platform for job applications. The platform feels like it was designed in the nineties and is still stuck there. Each application requires a new registration, as if job seekers have the time to input the same information for every company they apply to. It's counterintuitive, obsolete and terrible. If your company values the perception and mental health of your future employees, do not sign up with Workday. It's a total disrespect to the candidate. Your company will potentially lose many talents due to Workday's outdated system.

My experience with Workday has been less than satisfactory as a user. The poor functionality has led to inconveniences and left me with negative impressions.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews and was told I was in serious consideration. The approximate week the hiring manager said they'd make a decision, I got a “job req” closed auto e-mail. I figured I didn't get the job but the next day HR said it’s a glitch. It was closed by mistake. She asked for patience. No update yet. How can this happen?!
