Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

I'm a beginner and so far this has been an easy course and my dog is responding!

SCAM do not sign up to anything. I’ve been charged twice which now adds up to 60 pounds. The customer service is awful. I blocked the payment on my back account yet they tried again until it went through even though I’ve cancelled my subscription. I never hear back from them. I took matter to my own hands and contacted customers on redit with same experience. We have contacted BBC watchdog as they currently looking into this. I still haven’t heard back from Woofz nor got my money back. Stay away

Hello Magdalena, We're sorry to hear about this experience. Being charged after cancelling, and not getting a response, is not what we want for anyone. We take this seriously and would like to review your case directly. Please reach out to [email protected] with the email address used at sign-up, and we'll look into the charges, confirm your subscription status, and make sure no further payment attempts are made. We're here to help resolve this.

I cancelled months ago and they are still trying to charge me. Even confirmed cancellation when I originally emails them. Terrible service - not trying for a refund just to stop charging.
Response from Woofz· Oct 5, 2026
Hello Sandy, We're sorry for the frustration. Having to deal with charge attempts after cancelling is not the experience we want for anyone. These were renewal attempts on a plan that was still active in our system. They've been stopped and the plan has been deactivated, so no further charges will be made. All the details have been sent to your inbox, so please check there and in your spam folder. If you have any questions, reach out to [email protected].

BEWARE I have been overcharged several times for a 4 week plan. I have emailed 3 times and been ignored for a requested refund just hours after realising they had over charged my account. Advertising is misleading as offers a plan for 4 weeks at discounted price of £12 then takes several other transactions at the same time which was not advertised when offering the plan. Going to go through BBB to claim my money back as many other people have been successful this route to get their money back.
