I downloaded and purchased the membership thinking it would help me solve my dog's separation anxiety. The app has very limited information and techniques to help me out. It is pretty good for basic training tips for beginners though.

I never signed up with Woofz, yet I was charged several times on my credit card!! How did that happen? It was very distressing. I never even went on their website. I did watch an ad, but nothing more. In my opinion, this company hopes that you do not reconcile your bank account, and they just keep charging you. I would never trust this company.

Hi Karen! We're sorry to hear that the subscription renewal was unexpected for you. Also, I would like to assure you that subscriptions do not start without your approval. When you subscribe, you choose and authorise the corresponding plan by passing a security check (entering the CVC code, 3D Secure, etc.). This looks like it's going to work for me I'm new to training, so this seems very simple and doable. My husband and I just bought a puppy and are getting another one in a few days. We currently have an elderly dog and another one who is 10 months old. We want to avoid as much chaos as possible, and I think this is something we can do.
