Loving this app so far. Easy to use and an effective way to train a pup. Motivated by the goals and stamps received. Impressed by the details brought in (like the clicker feature, videos, illustrations (love them!) and pathway to follow.

Charged my bank account before trial was done. They say, 3rd party does their billing. They say you have to cancel on the app and not the website. They are going to get $48 dollars out of you! Or call them. Very shameful! Save your money and move on.
Response from Woofz· Dec 30, 2025
Hello James, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. When a subscription is started, it automatically renews until it is canceled, as stated during the purchase process. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app's profile settings at any time. I have started training my puppy who is only 9 weeks old and I find the lessons are a perfect way to help me train her with minimal time available. She has been responding perfectly to all exercises.
