I love love love my cassia! It’s such a unique look and everyone always asks where it’s from! I bought my husband and my dad a Hyde and they love them. Customer service is quick, and very accommodating to your needs. Also-they’re a local STL brand and that is pretty cool. Super stoked to purchase sunglasses next!

These guys do not know what they do. Firstly received the watch without the extra links. Had bought 6. The engraving came upside down. The stone inside (Harper style) was a bad choice of cut. Instead of looking like a natural product, it looked like a broken/scratched dial. Sent the watch and the band back to be exchanged/corrected. They say on the website: measure your wrist... by doing this, for my other half, I had bought the 6 links, when it finally arrived, just 2 more were required! Was ripped off with extra 4 unnecessary links! The engraving still came sideways... Very disappointed!

Hello Vivianne! Shoot us an email and we can come to a solution about the links! =) The backplates are attached to the back of the dial by threads. This is the best way for the back plate and the dial to attach and will be the tightest to prevent from any moisture ever entering the dial! The backplates that come with the watch have a special Jord logo on them, if you are engraving the backplate it will have to be replaced. The blank back plate threads may not match up perfectly with the watch dial threads for the engraving to be "straight" Please email so we can assist!

I’ve had the Dover zebrawood for years. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried to get their factory issues fixed. The snap on strap pops open every time I bend my hand. The pins also slide out every time I wear it. No one at the company will do anything.

They will rip you of. My watch arrived with a piece of hair in it. I live in Sweden. Even if their product was default they wanted me to pay shipping for the repairs. I had some luck getting the hair out at a clock master in my town. Just a few years later it broke. 90 dollars they want to repair it. For a 300 dollar watch. And that I once again pay the shipping on about 200 dollars Cause that is what a package cost if you pay for it to go there and back again gentlemen. Well DO NOT EVER buy from these thieves again

Don’t buy from this company they sell inferior products that break easily and they don’t care about there customers. I bought a watch strap from Jord which was badly manufactured and failed within 2 months. I have received a refund because they couldn’t give me a replacement however I feel angry because the cost of getting the £80 back has left me out of pocket and taken a considerable amount of time.

Bought a watch and paid for it to be sized by Jord. They kept the money and never sized the watch for me. Annoying, but could be an honest mistake. Took it to a watch shop to be sized. Links broke and owner said the link lock mechanism was very suspect. Easily could be him just making excuses. After three months, finally got them to replace the watch. They accused me of stealing it and added some odd extra hoops to jump through. Again, the mailed watch was not sized by them. Took it to a different shop to be sized. Broke again :D. Don’t bother. Pricey, poorly constructed, and not worth the effort or the money

There's not too much to say, other than I have had two Jord watches over the last 9 months and both have stopped working. They look good but they must be using very cheap movements. Service is appalling as well. I asked for a refund when the last one was sent back as I have completely lost faith in the quality of their products. I have been told that because it is JUST over 3 months since the last one was sent to me they are refusing. I am allowed a store credit or direct replacement only. Not really ideal when you've already been given two very poorly made watched! I don't want anything Jord again!

First let me say I love the watch....the two star rating is for the company and it’s absent customer service, holy moly the customer service is horrible. I am pretty sure their CS Dept is run by one girl. I bought my wife a watch and paid for the box to be engraved. The engraving was so tiny I need glasses to see it, I don’t wear glasses. Upon calling, emailing etc over and over the response is utterly ridiculous. The lady gave me a 20.00 credit to basically make me go away. Like I said, love the watch but I am going to purchase a wood watch for me but Ivwill not buy from Jord. By the way, the replacement box with larger engraving font was promised to me on 1/7/19. All they tell me is I don’t know what is wrong with our engraving dept...
