It’s so beautiful my husband loved his watch since the minute I saw this watch I knew it was the perfect watch for my husband! It’s so different to all the watches he’s ever had I had never seen a wooden watch before so we fell in love with it right away!

I ordered a watch plus an Apple band. Shipped quickly. The watch had extra links which a jeweler was able to quickly fit for myself. For the Apple band, I had to reorder a couple extra links...just wish I new when I originally ordered...Jord was helpful when I did call back to get the extra links

I purchased a watch for my husband for our first anniversary and he loves it! Such a gorgeous piece. Being able to engrave on the back was even better!

I used to love Jord. I have 5 watches and an Apple band from them. They have just really started having terrible with customer service and all of their products are breaking. I have had to send three of my watches back in to be repaired and one of them they wouldn’t even fix. The last one has taken me a month to get a response about how to get it sent in and fixed and they were so unorganized they tried to charge me for it even though it was still under warranty and only 4 months old. I couldn’t get anyone to have a conversation with me so I just had to keep emailing and eventually I just had to call. The Apple Watch band broke within a week of having it and so we sent it back to get fixed and the day we got it back it broke again. Please please don’t waste your money. They are beautiful but they break easy and the customer service is terrible. Apparently they think telling me that they are glad they were able to resolve my problem will make them look better. After a month of emailing and finally calling to ask why they were trying to charge me, they sent me a label to send it back for warranty repair. Please don’t let this make you forget that all of their products are falling apart and that I basically had to beg them to let me send it in for warranty repair.

My fiance and I both have watched from JORD and we love them. First of all...the packaging!! So cute! We get compliments on them all the time when wearing our watches out. They're so unique and have lasted us quite some time! Can't get enough of them!
