Your watches are absolutely beautiful
Your watches are absolutely beautiful. I get compliments everyday. They keep perfect time. Unfortunately, I had a slip and fall and broke the watchband. I sent pictures and it was determined that I need a completely new watchband. It arrived in just a few days at no cost to me, not even shipping! GREAT Customer Service!!!

For the price that was one of the best…
For the price that was one of the best watches I’ve bought. And the lightweight feel makes you feel like it’s not even there. I had to double back and buy another one!

Watch was defective
Watch was defective. Unreasonable return/exchange requirements. Questionable customer service. The defective item was returned and have yet to receive a replacement or refund!

Hey Richard, Our apologies your experience was anything less than amazing. The reason your issue has taken longer than anticipated was because you refused to provide any insight (photo or video) to the nature of the defect. Therefore we have to verify this on our end once we receive the timepiece and this takes much longer. If you had technical difficulties providing what we asked for, that is totally fine. Those things happen and are understandable. We will work with what is available. Your item has been received, inspected and a replacement is processing.
