Website was easy to use. Products look great. Excited to receive my puzzle. The only suggestion I have is to not put a gender label on the color options.

Easy to order

Well, in my late 70's and am not tech savvy, so, had my daughter do the entire order. I watched everything and was impressed all that came up to choose from. I got items for granddaughter's birthday, what an absolute delight, I cannot wait for order to come

I ordered a custom puzzle for my soon-to-be here nephew and the delivery drive misplaced the item or delivered it to a non-existing address/location. The company was willing to replace the item and just charge me the shipping which is really awesome because they didn't have to do that. The communication was quick and efficient. I would absolutely order future custom gifts from them again.

Personable toys Love that you can get any name and choose the little pieces to use, and the colour scheme. Excited to see the actual result.

The products are great. I just wish it were a little less expensive. Id buy more!

Order error... But good customer service.The puzzle I got didn't have the little animals, but I had picked the one with 8 different critters. However, after contacting customer service, they were quick to resolve, and even got duly compensated for the mix-up. Please double-check the orders next time!
