I liked all the choices for the personalization--the different colors and characters (elements as you called them). However, I wish there was an option to include a gift note with the item.

The product was wonderful! BUT I paid for expedited shipping (9-10 days) when I ordered on Aug 23 and it arrived Sept 9 (17 days later). Arrived too late for the birthday party. Not happy paying the extra shipping for it to arrive late.

My granddaughter loved her jean jacket. It came in on time for her birthday!

Delivery says 8-15 days- total rubbish. Have chased after 3 weeks as it was a school bag I ordered to be here in time for first day of school. Starting to seem like a scam to be honest!

I emailed customer service and had a very quick polite response. I also love the quality of the product.

Buy Elsewhere! BE AWARE MADE AND SHIPS FROM CHINA! Website is very deceiving. My puzzle is a gift for a baby and is shipping directly to the recipient. Even though each puzzle is customized, it shipped a day after I placed the order which raises some serious quality control concerns for me. Especially After reading reviews about paint chipping and splinters. I tried to cancel it but it is in transit so I will advise the recipient not to give it to their child. It’s too risky.

I like that I was able to be part of the jacket creation. I also loved the design of the letters and patches.
