This company was quick to let me know that the item i ordered was out of stock and I could cancel my order and they would start processing a refund for me. However that was 6 months ago and since then, as of today, there has been no refund or any communication back from them with regards to the many emails I've sent them. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a gift on 12/6/25. Never delivered until 1/12/26. I have had to send a picture of the item, 3 emails and a now told they will only refund the amount paid less a 15% remorse fee. Most of the website talks about a full refund within 30 days . The website indicated delivery in about 3 weeks not 6 plus weeks. It seems like a total scam.

Order #01- 4409 I ordered a gift for my granddaughter and they totally whiffed on getting it. When I brought that to their attention they said they would expedite shipping. Then they said sorry the product was no longer available. Still waiting for a refund. Sorry I ever decided to do business with this company. Pleae tell me when I can expect a refund.

I had ordered a gift for my husband and it came broken. When I messaged the team they said “ As per our warehouse team, it appears that the item was damaged due to the cold and dry weather during the winter. We understand how frustrating this must be and sincerely regret the issue. To help resolve this, we recommend to kindly use glue to repair the damage.” Did not offer any other resolution. Bought some fun stuff for a holiday gift exchange. LED Back to the future boots, glow shoes, a voice-control cosplay mask. They look awesome, especially in dim light. My only complaint was battery life on the boots - shorter than I excepted. But the fun factor is super high. Shipping took about a day longer than excepted, but honestly, customer service was amazing about it. They emailed me before I even had to ask, explaining the delay and providing updates every step of the way. The box arrived in perfect shape and right on time for the party. Can't ask more than that.

Absolute scam site, I ordered the purple Cat Mineral Crystal Coffee mug for my fiancée, it did NOT look anything like the picture they have on their website. It is all resin like the blue one they have on their site, there is no mineral in it at all. Straight up criminal behavior.

Grabbed a set of costumes + a magnetic 3D steel puzzle for my nephew’s birthday. The puzzle pieces lock together well, and the costume looks cool. However, shipping took longer than the website promised — instead of expected timeframe it was alot longer! When I reached out, they were friendly and apologized, said delays happen. Eventually it showed up and in good shape. Just wish shipping estimates were more accurate. Still a solid experience though.

Mixed feeling on this one. I ordered several items (a backpack, plush toy and a night light) as Christmas gifts. The backpack is nice, plush is soft but the night light has a dim LED - not nearly as bright as photos suggested. Also, after placing the order I tried to update the shipping address because I goofed, but support was slow to respond. By the time they replied, the order had already shipped. Gifts arrived Ok, but the address issue caused stress. I like what they offer and some items are high quality, but a few missteps took away from the experience.
