like that you have everything in one place. dislike; not easy to navigate for the use of a bridal shower party (not wedding). Had to use AI several times to figure out how to get the list of contacts from an excel spreadsheet downloaded (wouldn't do it but then my sister got it to work) and then adding people after the invites went out and then the message changing for notifications. My sister and i are pretty good and resourceful with tech and we both found this site a pain to use.

Joy had been great to use so far. For a free app it's amazing what your can do. Even the accommodation with discounts is great!

Very inflexible with travel bookings. I was 30 days from the event and 2 days past a deadline and needed to change a booking date. JOY’s response was basically “No. You are past the deadline. No refunds.” Very unwilling to help if you have any changes 30 days in advance, Joy is no help.

The fact that there is a platform that supports couples to have a beautiful website for their wedding for free is remarkable. Wedding is already an expensive thing, with joy helps making our wedding planning experience that much better. Highly recommend.

It should be possible to change languages and to make it more flexible for bilingual websites. The “where to stay” should not appear to each schedule’s entrance. Some things are not easily customable
