Älskar lampan och det magiska sken den ger! Kul med så många olika funktioner och färgvarianter. Dock slutade lampan rotera efter bara någon vecka, men jag fick ett jättebra bemötande av kundsupport och de skickade genast en ny lampa till mig.

I love this little lamp! There are so many gorgeous color options and the sound is great. I also reached out to support for something (user error…I’m a dummy) and Isabelle was incredibly efficient and helpful in her reply.

The beta purchase for my bedroom. I got two small lamps that add a gorgeous glow to my bedroom! On top of that one of my lamps started acting up and not turning on. I emailed the company and they immediately offered to fix and it replace! Not only is the product great but the customer service is A1, even more of a reason to purchase products from this company. Great Lamps :)

Customer service help me find my package and then promptly helped me with a question!! I never expected to receive such great response and follow up!

I had a great experience with their customer service, Isabelle was very kind, understanding and proactive. I'm only disappointed in the shipping company they used, but that is not a reflection on Have.

Lamp was broken after 2 month. They send me a new one! :)
