I personally was hesitant before buying a service from WitherHosting because of the things I have heard before but due to budget restrictions I thought of giving a try!! and Guess what I am currently running Minecraft 1.17 server for 20+ people with ease. Their performances and prices are whole lot better than most services out there. I have seen lots of people commenting on not getting support from the team but to my surprise, I always got help after making a ticket always within half an hour!! So I would really recommend the services!! But you should probably join their discord channel before buying a service if you have any doubts whatsoever.

The hosting is cheap and affordable. It’s pretty easy to manage too. The only bad thing about witherhosting is it’s support. Other hosting companies have better & faster support. Sometimes the support team can’t really help me with issues either, which is kinda annoying because they should be hiring staff that have lots of knowledge about servers. WitherHosting isn’t bad I just think they could improve on quite a few things.

WitherHosting LLC is a joke. Literally, it's a joke. I applied to the Staff team after being accepted into TMDHosting's team. I chose to apply to Support Agent at WitherHosting because I've seen their bad side. The former Support Agent (Emilia Sand) got fired from one of Witherhosting's child companies for telling the truth. She was one of the best in the industry and everyone wanted her due to her extremely good experience. Anyways, I've talked to multiple customers and they say that they aren't happy with how WitherHosting treat their customers. Bad support, overloaded Servers. The COO (Co-Owner) literally said this in DMs "Anyways I can't accept you, your application is way too vague. And on top of that you seem like a thrill to manage". -The Co-Owner sold a copy of his own TOS and Privacy Policy that both WitherHosting and Floofy Hosting uses. I recommend staying away from WitherHosting, go with another hosting providing service that actually got nice staff and co-owner. This review is based on Screenshots and proof from DMs. [UPDATE] The Co-Owner replied to my message after I said "Enjoy the review", he replied with "You're annoying. That's all I got to say. Are you 12 or something? hI iM lEoM aNd iM gNa 1 sTaR bEcAuSe i gOt dEnIed fOr StAfF" Telling the truth doesn't have anything to do with age. I made this review because I want to show the customers what to expect, bad service. And then he banned me from their Discord Server. - What is he really trying to hide? The truth will always come out soon or later. Everything will be documented on drama.gg (including screenshots). Now they replied to defend themselves when I got around 10 screenshots of proof. "Rumors", not really. I'm pretty sure that WitherHosting is spreading the rumors by replying with that sort of answer. Like I said, everything will be published to Drama.gg, including all the screenshots.

Nothing what you've said is true, everything is just a lie. You applied for staff with us, however, your application was just short one-word responses. The type of people that get accepted write 5-7 sentence paragraphs per question, so we are unable to accept you. Emilia Sandd was fired due to inactivity in tickets, there is no conspiracy around it. It doesn't matter if she was good or not, she didn't work, so she was let go. Nobody copied nobody's ToS and resold it, you simply cannot prove it because it didn't happen. Just stop annoying us bud, you've been denied for staff because of your lack of effort in your application, stop DMing staff and stop spreading rumors.

Me and a friend hosted a YouTuber SMP. Server got suspended for not paying the invoice. He said he ran out of money to pay for the server so I offered to host it from my own server which we agreed on. I go on the server and realise we can't even look at the files and get the world download anymore. This is a scam, since we invested all of our time and also have paid witherhosting but can't get the files. Upon contacting support, we got ghosted and asked to provide our email but with no response. We are losing players by the hour and uptime matters, and wither can't provide us with FTP.

Hello Austin, Your service was canceled because you did not pay the invoice. We give 3 days before your server is suspended and 5 more for you to pay before the server and all files are deleted forever. This is stated inside our TOS and was stated inside your ticket. Once the files are deleted by the 7th day we cannot recover any of it from backups or the servers. We are not responsible for clients who don't pay their invoices, if you want your files you should have downloaded them before your period was up. Thank you, we are sorry that you could not pay for your service with us...

nothing but problems from witherhosting are server files got leaked this is the worse hosting ever are servers are always down and the staff are bad did nothing when we told them about it and should of gave us a refund but didnt

Hello Frickzys, We area always working on our support and have gotten much better. We had a really rough time with our old datacenter and uptime. Since we have moved our hardware to a new datacenter and have had over the advertized 99.95% uptime on all nodes. We did have a data leak but it was resolved and all customers were notified as well as trippling security and other safety meausres that are now fully in place on all servers. Thank you.
