Mailers arrived late even though I paid…
Mailers arrived late even though I paid extra to send them out.

I'm really sorry to hear about the delay in delivery. Unfortunately as a direct mail company we rely on USPS to perform the final delivery and they do indeed sometimes deliver slower than we'd like them to. We do, however, have all mailers printed and mailed with 2 business days.

Just started working with Wise Pelican
I just started working with Wise Pelican. My experience has been very good. When I call to ask questions the representatives are all very knowledgeable & give me answers to all my questions & were very helpful with setting up my auto mailing! The quality of the postcards is great too.
